Shipping policy

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

EnvyMe Cosmetics is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, if you have not received your packages after delivery confirmation, you will need to file a “where is my package” claim with your local United States Postal Service.
